Fall Session 2024
- Monday, September 9th: Due to the extreme heat and bad air quality, classes have been cancelled. The makeup class will be held on Monday, November 4th.

Hot Weather Policy for (1.0) hour class:
- 5 min of no to moderate movement (Opening)
- 20 min of activity
- 10 min break (no activity)
- 20 min of activity
- 5 min of no to moderate movement (Closing)
Hot Weather Policy for (1.5) hour class:
- 10 min of no to moderate movement (Opening)
- 30 min of activity
- 10 min break (no activity)
- 30 min of activity
- 10 min of no to moderate movement (Closing)

- 10 min of no to moderate movement (Opening)
- 25 min of activity
- 10 min break (no activity)

Our coaching staff will have bottled water, but we highly recommend that you also provide your child/children with water and sun protection (hat/sunscreen).
