If bad weather occurs, we will notify the parent/guardian via text message with the main contact cell number used for registration. The decision to cancel classes will be made 2 hours before the start of the class. All classes that are cancelled by the chapter will be made up at the end of the seasonal session. If your child/children cannot attend a scheduled class, please see below for our Make-Up Policy.
How do we notify of a class cancellation:

Weather Updates & Class Cancellations for Winter 2026
- Saturday, July 4th: All Saturday classes are cancelled for the 4th of July. The make-up for these classes will be Saturday, August 22nd.
- Tuesday, July 28th: All Tuesday classes are cancelled for the SoCal Chapter Cup Challenge that all our staff will be working. The make-up for these classes will be on Tuesday, August 18th.
Make-Up Policy
Eligibility for Make-Up Classes
- Make-up classes are available exclusively during weeks 3 through 8 of the program.
Approval Process
- All make-up classes require prior approval from Dan Hufford before attendance. Dan will present a list of available classes; after you make your selection, he will notify the appropriate coach about the change. Please note that if a class has reached capacity, make-ups will not be permitted.

Attendance Procedures
- When you arrive, please introduce your child to the coach so they can be properly welcomed to the class. Drop-offs without introductions are not allowed.
